Sidharth, our founder, transitioned from a career in the travel trade to become the driving force behind Absolute Scuba. With a passion for marketing and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Sid leads by example, bringing innovation and enthusiasm to everything he does.
Akshay
Partner
Akshay, a seasoned diving instructor and partner, discovered his love for the underwater world during a family trip. With extensive certifications and thousands of dives logged, Akshay is dedicated to providing safe and enjoyable diving experiences for divers of all levels.

Shaun’s journey into diving began serendipitously, leading him to discover his true passion. As an integral part of our operations, Shaun’s enthusiasm, coupled with his diverse skills and experiences, adds a dynamic flair to the team.
How it Started & How it's Going
Siddharth’s encounter with Prahlad Kakkar and Sumer Verma ignited his passion for diving. Joining forces with Seemant, he ventured into the depths of Lakshadweep, experiencing the wonders of marine life firsthand. This marked the beginning of a thrilling journey into the underwater world.
Seemant’s expertise as a CMAS Instructor expanded to encompass PADI certification, merging the best of both worlds. Exploring new dive destinations like the Andaman Islands and Goa, he continued to push the boundaries of underwater exploration.
After years of collaboration and camaraderie, Siddharth embarked on a new venture. Absolute Scuba was born out of shared passion and expertise, aiming to bring the joy of diving to Pune and beyond.
Absolute Scuba revolutionized diving in Pune, offering training to diverse groups of enthusiasts. From children to professionals from various fields, everyone embraced the opportunity to explore the underwater realm. Dive trips to exotic locations became a regular affair, cementing Absolute Scuba’s reputation as a premier diving destination.
Absolute Scuba’s growth trajectory soared as they secured exclusive distributorship for Luxfer SCUBA cylinders in India. Expanding their training facilities to prestigious locations like the Royal Connaught Boat Club and Tilak Tank, they continued to push boundaries and explore new diving destinations worldwide.
Absolute Scuba’s commitment to excellence led to the expansion of their training facilities to the RLSS(I) swimming pool, offering unparalleled diving experiences in Pune. With an ever-growing list of certified students and exciting dive trips planned, the journey of exploration and discovery continues unabated.
