Whether recently certified or a seasoned diver, everyone seeks more out of their Diving. It is always a good idea to not only keep your diving skills refreshed but to also further your experience and Education in Diving through a range of our PADI & CMAS “continuing education” courses and specialties.

While a section of these Advance courses need Confined Water (pool) training, the bulk of the course needs to be completed in Open Water conditions. Skills practiced during Pool Training will be mastered and cemented along with newer Open Water skills for the course at the destination selected.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (AOWD)

Days Required : Minimum 2 days
Age : 12 onwards – Jr. AOWD / 15 onwards - AOWD
Max. Depth : 18 meters – Jr. AOWD  / 30 meters – AOWD
Pre-requisite : PADI Open Water or CMAS 1 Star Diver or equivalent.
Price : Dependent on Destination selected to complete the Course.

An excellent Course designed to go beyond the Fundamentals mastered through the Open water course. Refine your skills and acquire 5 new specialized skills to broaden your diving horizons.

Of the 5 dives this course offers, the Deep and Underwater Navigation dives are mandatory. The remaining 3 dives can be chosen out of a range of specialized dives like Night, Wreck, Underwater photography, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Naturalist etc. depending on the Destination chosen to complete the Course at.

Advantages of the AOWD course:


- No pool sessions required.
- Ideal for certified divers who want to acquire new skills and/or dive deeper.
- Perfect for students to club both the Open and Advanced Diver courses and pack in a chunk of dive training over a short time.
- No written examinations for this one. The manual has short lessons to be read and Knowledge Reviews at the end to be discussed with the Instructor.


PADI Rescue Diver (RD)

Days Required :
minimum 3 days required in Open Water conditions after 1 day of Pool training.
Age :  12 – 14 years: Junior Rescue Diver / 15 onwards: Rescue Diver
Pre-requisite : AOWD & Emergency First Responder certification.
Price : Dependent on Destination selected to complete the Course.

The Rescue Diver course takes your diving and skills to another level altogether. The best non-professional course most active divers take; this course maximizes your own comfort in water along with gaining the ability to conduct self and buddy rescue, if needed.

Students get deeper into Dive theory, equipment know-how, emergency & dive-accident management, self-rescue, buddy rescue, in-water resuscitation etc.

5 Knowledge development modules, 10 rescue skills as well as multiple rescue scenarios constitute the essence of understanding Rescue as a diver in this rewarding and enriching course.

The Emergency First Responder (EFR) course is a mandatory pre-requisite for this course. This hands-on precursor is seamlessly integrated with the Rescue course and is an Internationally recognized First Aid course. Know more about EFR.


CMAS 2 Star (Rescue) Course

Days Required :
Minimum 4 days required in Open Water conditions after 1 day of pool training.
Age : 18 onwards
Max. Depth : 40 meters
Pre-requisite : CMAS 1 Star diver or equivalent & EFR certification.
Price : Dependent on Destination selected to complete the Course.

The quintessential Rescue Diver course, the 2 Star is a challenging and rewarding course that tests and hones diving & rescue skills immensely. It follows a different syllabus from PADI Rescue Diver, both in terms of Theory as well as practical skills and the level at which they are tested.

Ideal course to enroll for after at least 15 dives as a Certified Diver. The course takes longer simply because of its approach in how it wants a diver trained in rescue competency & self- conduct in the water.

Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver

Prerequisites : Certified Open Water Diver or equivalent
Age : 15 onwards

One of PADI's most popular specialties, the PADI Enriched Air Diver course is a step towards enjoying your diving in a league very different from diving with Air. Diving with enriched air nitrox lets you safely extend your no stop time beyond the no decompression limits for air.

Whether you're into underwater photography or wreck diving, on vacation in some tropical paradise or just out for a leisurely day of diving at your local dive site, the PADI Enriched Air Diver course helps you get more out of diving by giving you more time underwater. As they say, “You’ll run out of Air before you run out of Bottom Time”

The course covers : Learning to analyze gas mix, Planning enriched air dives using computers, Safely increasing your no-stop time.

The PADI Enriched Air diver course certification can be credited towards the Master Scuba Diver rating.

 

Peak Performance Buoyancy (PPB)

Prerequisites : Certified Open Water Diver or equivalent
Age : 10 onwards

A brilliant course, the PPB Specialty is aimed for certified divers to explore and tinker with the Diver’s Holy Grail – Buoyancy control.

Gain the ability to float effortlessly, drifting over reefs. Be the diver you want to be, with ultimate buoyancy control and able to hover close to the bottom and examine underwater organisms without touching them.

In the PPB Specialty course, you learn to precisely weight yourself for optimum control, poise and balance. By mastering streamlining, you move through the water cleanly, efficiently and gracefully.
